Writing Wednesdays Podcast

Do you need a little expert feedback and advice? Are your colleagues just too busy to offer you the attention, support, and constructive criticism you need to grow as a writer?

In my decades of experience as a writer for social sector organizations, I have found 3 major ways to improve: guidance, practice, and feedback. At your socially responsible organization, you probably find many opportunities to practice (or maybe you’re too busy putting out fires). But do you also get the guidance and feedback you need?

Too often, we find ourselves alone as writers, and we really could use some community. If only we could exchange ideas and try out new techniques…

Well, now you can! And it’s FREE!  You can have that experience during every Writing Wednesdays podcast from the comfort of your own desk.

On Writing Wednesdays, you will hear advice and guidance on the selected topic, often in conversation with a Special Guest. All of our guests work in writing-related fields and have different perspectives to share.

Listen to what some participants have said about Writing Wednesdays…

“ I really enjoyed Writing Wednesdays, and found the topic very helpful. Look forward to the upcoming ones. Thank you so very much for the invaluable community outreach!” – Yasmin

“Phenomenal job! I was able to leave with a concrete framework and guiding concept to incorporate into our donor appeal communication strategy, learn about new organizations, and apply your framework of the 2Ps and 2Rs into our review of sample letters. Great management of time and organization of content. It exceeded my expectations.” – Diaris

Writing Wednesday sessions are truly a learning experience for anyone involved in the grant world, regardless of how experienced you might think you are. Dalya Massachi engages the participants and encourages them to share their views. It is fun and challenging. Please take advantage of this free opportunity to enrich your knowledge and improve your skills. An event to look forward to!” – Dinorah
